In Week 5, you will be presenting to your board
of directors on the importance of CSR initiatives
in the company you chose for your assignments
in Weeks 1-3. As a part of this paper, you will
identify issues of equity in peer and competitor
organizations and assess how those will inform
your proposed policies and initiatives around
diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEl) going
forward. This information will be added to your
presentation in Week 5.
