Based on your experiences in these first 5 weeks, you are ready to search the evidence to support your proposed practice change and draft an evidence-based practice question to address the identified issue. - Review your proposed practice focused question, meetings with your team and preceptor, SWOT analysis and organization readiness, and your identification of stakeholders.
By day 7 of Week 7
Submit the completed Appendix B: Question Development Tool.
