•           Select one sub-competency each from two categories (profession accountability, advocacy, etc.).

•           Describe a situation where you “met” or “did not meet” the sub-competency recommendations.

•           Align your selection with recommendations from Learning Resources and describe how you currently meet sub-competency recommendations. If you do not currently meet sub-competency recommendations, share your plan for aligning with them during this year.
