Organizational Strategy Implementation
Each team will be assigned a case. Each case has questions that must be answered following the format that will be presented below.
1. A written report should be prepared that presents a brief introduction to the case and the matter under discussion.
2. Summarize the most important points
3. Identify the problems of the case.
4. Complete a SWOT analysis and, if necessary, Porter’s 5 Forces. You can also use EFAS from SFAS matrix analysis.
5. Once the analysis is complete, provide a conclusion of the analysis.
6. Present an analysis of the business or corporate or functional strategy.
7. Identify the type of organizational structure, if applicable
8. The document must not exceed 10 pages and must include headings and subheadings.
